Wayboard started as a whiteboard in a six person studio and grew into a planning tool built on one
rule: anyone should be able to see the plan in ten seconds.
OUR STORY
From one whiteboard to twelve thousand teams
Every planning tool we tried was either a chat app pretending to be a plan or a project suite
that needed its own manager. So we kept a whiteboard by the door: one column per week, one
sticky note per job, and a name on every note.
When clients started asking for a photo of the whiteboard every Monday, we built Wayboard
instead. Today it plans launches, hiring and client work for teams in 38 countries.
