What is Wayboard? expand_more
Wayboard is a shared planning tool for teams of five to five thousand: boards for the day to day, timelines for the big picture, a team calendar and notes that live right next to the work.
Do I need to install anything? expand_more
No. Wayboard runs in the browser, with mobile apps for iOS and Android if you want them. There is nothing to set up on a server.
Which browsers are supported? expand_more
The current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile.
Can clients see our plans? expand_more
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Invite clients as guests and they see only the projects you share with them.

What's included in the free Starter plan? expand_more
Up to 5 teammates, 3 active projects, boards, timelines and the mobile apps, free for as long as you use it.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing? expand_more
Yes, from your account settings at any time. Switching to yearly applies a 20% discount immediately; switching back to monthly takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds? expand_more
Yes, a full refund within 14 days of any payment if Wayboard is not right for your team, no questions asked.
Is there a discount for larger teams? expand_more
Enterprise pricing is quoted per organisation and scales with team size. Reach out from the Contact page and we will follow up with a quote.

How do I get support? expand_more
Starter includes our help center and community forum. Pro and Enterprise include priority email support with a same business day response target.
Can I change my account email? expand_more
Yes, from Account Settings. A confirmation link is sent to the new address before the change takes effect.
What happens to my projects if I cancel? expand_more
Your workspace stays readable for 90 days, and you can export every project as CSV or PDF at any time. After that, your data is deleted for good.
Do you offer onboarding help for Enterprise? expand_more
Yes, every Enterprise plan includes a dedicated onboarding call to set up your workspace and migrate projects from the tools you use today.
